This is a tool and a software where you can access everywhere and anywhere you go just that you have to have an internet connection with you. You do not have to waste your time checking on the key performance metrics of your company. That is what best about this software.

For me, when I was trying out and checking the software, I find it hard to check its features that are too bundled up. For short, there are many features that you have to check and you do not know which one is which. Also, if they can do few more testing to make the mobile app not buggy that will be great.

I believe that this is a tool that needs trainings and learn some configuration. This is a great software that is looking for a great web-based CRM system. Best advice is to try this out on your own and check if this is the software that you can invest with.
